This promotion is operated by CMC Spreadbet Plc (registered in
England and Wales with Company number 02589529)
trading as Click Global Trading – referred to as either "Click Global
Trading" or "CMC Markets" - and whose registered office is at 66
Prescot Street, London, E1 8HG. CMC Spreadbet Plc is authorised and
regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA reference number
170627).
Subject to compliance with the following Terms and Conditions (the
"Terms"), new customers of CMC Markets will be entitled to receive a
NOKIA 6300 mobile telephone worth £134 (recommended retail price)
without SIM card or network connection (the "Offered Item").
The risks associated with Spread Betting, CFD Trading and FX Trading
will apply to this promotion. These products carry a high risk to your
capital. Therefore, as a result of trading activity you undertake in
order to qualify for this offer, losses incurred may exceed the value

2 – Start and End dates
This promotion will run from 1 October 2008 to 30th November 2008 (inclusive).
3 – Conditions of eligibility
This promotion is open to CMC Markets new customers.
For the purpose of this promotion, a new customer is a customer who
has never held an account with CMC Markets UK Plc or CMC Spreadbet PLC
and who:
- is a resident of the United Kingdom; and
- is aged 18 or over at the time of entering the promotion; and
- submits his/ her application form between the start date and the end date provided that the application is accepted and the account further opened in accordance with CMC Markets’ standard account opening procedures. CMC Markets reserves the right to refuse any application, at any time and for any reason. If a customer’s application for a CMC Markets account is rejected, he/she will not be entitled to receive the Offered Item; and
- funds his/her spreadbetting account with a minimum of £200; and
- executes a minimum of two open and close trades (i.e. two settled trades) by 30th November 2008 (inclusive);

This promotion is not available to any person who is:

- a friend or member of the family of such employee; or

28 days of the last condition being fulfilled.
CMC Markets may, in the event of an unexpectedly high response or some
other unanticipated factor outside of its control, substitute cash
value for the Offered item or provide a substitute of equivalent
quality and price.
5 – No warranty
CMC does not warrant and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise for the description or illustration of the Offered Item. CMC Markets does not make any representations or give any warranties in relation to the Offered Item. All warranties or conditions as to title, fitness for purpose, quality and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded. CMC accepts no responsibility for any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which you may be required to pay any time in connection with the Offered Item.
6 – Limitation of liability
CMC Markets shall have no liability to you in relation to the Offered Item except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions and for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Should the Offered Item be in breach of these terms and conditions CMC Markets will have the option of repairing or replacing the Offered Item as soon as reasonably practicable and you agree to accept such repair or replacement in satisfaction of all claims. If you fail to give notice of to CMC Markets of any defect within [five] business days of delivery you shall be deemed to have accepted the Offered Item.
7 – Governing laws
The promotion and the Terms will be governed by English law and any dispute arising will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
